Our menu is based on our favorite dishes, spices and flavors from California. Because there is a heavy Mexican influence in California, this has become our specialty. Our head chef is from Mexico City, and he uses his own recipes for salsas and other dishes. Our Baja California Fish Tacos are excellent. Us "West Coasters" know how popular freshly fried fish tacos are - the "East Coasters" and Chileans are learning to love them too!

We have also become famous for our authentic American hamburgers and sandwiches. We make 1/3 pound patties using the freshest quality ground beef. They are mouthwatering and delicious. Also, our fried chicken sandwiches have become extremely popular as well. We fry the chicken breasts fresh to order. You will be able to taste the quality and difference with the first bite.

Missing interesting pizzas? Yes, we were too. We offer more than just the average pizza and basic marinara sauce. All of our sauces are homemade, including BBQ sauce, Ranch and Chipotle sauce. And yes, we have spicy pizzas too - made with salsa and jalepenos. What you thought you couldn't find in Chile, you can!
